At Marriott International, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Golf Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our golf operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to golfers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage golf bookings, revenue, and inventory with precision
  • Assist with general shop and service-related duties, including merchandising, stock control, and cleaning
  • Support the daily management and maintenance of the buggy fleet and operation
  • Monitor locker facilities, undertake cleaning as required, and ensure sanitisation and safety practices are followed
  • Carry out course marshalling duties, ensure the Halfway House is operational, and assist with corporate golf day requests
  • Support the successful running of golf days, including being the host to organisers where required
  • Assist with member competitions and bookings, including handicap maintenance
What We're Looking For:
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor
  • A team-first attitude
  • A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
  • A PGA Qualification is desirable but not essential
  • A keen interest in Golf
