We're seeking a Golf Associate Half Way House to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club, a renowned golf destination in the Welsh countryside.

About the Role

As a Golf Associate Half Way House, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality food and beverage environment for golfers, ensuring that financial targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. You will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and hospitality to all members and guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistently high level of service and hospitality to all members and guests at all times
  • Ensure that all food and beverage charges are accurately recorded and signed for in compliance with company standards
  • Be responsible for checking floats at the beginning of the shift, and to ensure accurate till procedures are carried out

  • Ensure stock levels meet business requirements and products are neatly presented to the customer, proactively share stock requirements with those who order
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a team-first attitude, a gift for paying attention to the smallest details, and a keen interest in golf. A food hygiene qualification is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. If you're a warm, people-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
