At Marriott International, we're seeking a skilled Golf Associate to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a Golf Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional golf experiences to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to all members and guests at all times and in all areas of the golf operation.
  • Meet all criteria required to pass Marriott audits, such as the Marriott Golf Audit and '59 Club Mystery Shopper.'
  • Take golf reservations and ensure accurate inputting into the booking system, with correct revenue processing.
  • Assist with general shop and service-related duties, including merchandising, stock control, and cleaning.
  • Check-in all golfers and support the daily management of tee times.
  • Support the daily management and maintenance of the buggy fleet and operation, including cleaning, fueling, and positioning.
  • Regularly monitor the locker facilities, undertaking cleaning as required.
  • Assist with ball control and cleanliness at the driving range.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines for sanitization and safety practices in customer-facing areas.
  • Carry out course marshalling duties as required.
  • Ensure the Halfway House is operational.
  • Carry out green fee payment checks with the collection of tickets on the 1st tee.
  • Assist with corporate golf day banner management, scorecard marking, scoreboard updates, and other requests.
  • Support the successful running of golf days, including hosting organizers where required.
  • Support the effective delivery of member competitions and bookings, including handicap maintenance.
