Aerospace Business Analyst Opportunity

DataCareers is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a proven track record in delivering successful digital transformation projects.

The successful candidate will be working on a high-profile project in the Aerospace & Defence sector, collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and leading workshops to facilitate stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with Agile methodologies.

The candidate will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements, creating clear functional specifications, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Elicit business requirements through effective communication with stakeholders
  2. Create detailed functional specifications for successful project delivery
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
  4. Lead workshops to facilitate stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation
  5. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of up to £600 per day, with a potential for extension after 6 months. The role involves primarily remote work, with 2 days per week onsite in Oxfordshire.

Requirements
  • SC Clearance (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, particularly within the Aerospace & Defence sector
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
