About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Religious Education Teacher to join our team at Equitas Group. As a Religious Education Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to secondary school students in Stockport, promoting critical thinking, respect for cultural and religious diversity, and fostering reflective inquiry.

  • Develop and teach comprehensive Religious Education lesson plans, catering to the diverse needs of students.
  • Implement inclusive and culturally sensitive teaching practices, supporting students' spiritual development and academic growth.

Job Requirements:

  • A recognized teaching qualification or equivalent (e.g., QTS).
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Religious Education at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Strong understanding of the RE curriculum with a commitment to delivering high-quality educational content.

Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
