**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our team in the Trafford Centre store. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere and delivering great results through your commerciality, collaboration, and resilience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales
- Accountable for store performance and delivery of results
**Requirements**
- Previous large store management experience
- Track record of effectively leading and managing a team
- Commercial acumen and understanding of P&L and compliance reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
