**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our team in the Trafford Centre store. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere and delivering great results through your commerciality, collaboration, and resilience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales
  • Accountable for store performance and delivery of results

**Requirements**

  • Previous large store management experience
  • Track record of effectively leading and managing a team
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of P&L and compliance reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
