Regional Sales Director

Our client, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Area Sales Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and reap the rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the business and identify opportunities with resources needed.
- Manage the area as if it's your own business, ensuring strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Forecast sales, identify opportunities, and work closely with the internal sales team to develop leads and close opportunities.
- Update the CRM system with contact data and create and update account development plans to reflect customer growth.
- Attend monthly sales meetings to input into the company strategy and report on support needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Customer-facing sales experience, with industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation, and autonomy.
- Full driver's licence.
- Curiosity and a desire to develop knowledge in the industry.
- Resilience and comfort in meeting all levels of the business.
- Drive and passion to succeed and develop yourself and the business.
