Job Title: Technical Events Service Delivery Manager, EMEA

At TeamPeople, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Events Service Delivery Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technical events and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client Service Owners and work closely with them to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and enable direct reports across EMEA to deliver service excellence and quality within their respective verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Global Service Delivery Manager to escalate issues, report on service performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of Supervisors and Technical Production Operations Specialists to deliver exceptional service quality.
  • Identify and suggest service improvements to enhance the overall service delivery experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering AV and event services into similar organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams and individuals.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Financial and budgeting experience, with the ability to analyze and report on service performance.
