Evaluations Manager for Children and Young People's Healthcare Services

Pearson, the world's leading learning company, is seeking an Evaluations Manager to join our team.
Job Description:As an Evaluations Manager for Children and Young People's Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for conducting end-point assessments of apprentices in a healthcare setting. You will work independently to ensure that apprentices meet the rigorous standards set by employers and are fully competent in their occupation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- You must be occupationally competent in the children and young people's support field.
- Be a registered healthcare professional or have completed a level 5 apprenticeship or regulated occupational competence qualification at level 5 or above.
- Hold, or be working towards, a formal assessor qualification (A1, assessor component to TAQA etc).
- Have experience of working in a healthcare setting within the last 2 years.
- Experience of leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions.
- Experience of complying with quality assurance/regulatory requirements.
- Hold a current DBS certificate.
- Evidence of commitment to maintaining CPD, in line with new apprenticeship requirements and the EPA specialism(s), including maintenance of recent occupational experience.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
