About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will have experience working with diesel engines, pumps, and related products. They will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and service of these products at our workshop in Staffordshire. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide maintenance, repair, and service of diesel engines, pumps, and related products at the workshop in Staffordshire.
• Conduct inspections and testing of rental equipment returned to the branch, including fault finding and diagnostic work on pumps, engines, and related ancillary products.
• Ensure all pump and engine products meet manufacturing specifications before leaving the workshop for delivery.
• Complete technical documentation as work progresses.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
• Experience fitting and servicing industrial mechanical engineering products and systems.
• Knowledge of pumps, engines, motors, gearboxes, valves, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, generators, and other similar mechanical engineering products.
• Ability to complete technical documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
