We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and lead the design and management of mechanical services for various building projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, sustainable designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for various building projects.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to inform design decisions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within the building services sector.
  • Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and CYMAP.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • A thorough understanding of relevant standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 40,000 to 64,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for continuous professional development and career progression, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension contributions.

Salary: £50,000 - £62,000 per annum.
