About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical & Brazing Fitter to join our team at Veolia. As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing control systems, electrical plant, and overseeing suppliers to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, install, and repair control systems.
  • Inspect and maintain electrical plant.
  • Oversee suppliers to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
  • A recognized Engineering Apprenticeship.
  • Qualified with at least ONC or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Detailed knowledge of Electro-mechanical systems maintenance techniques.
  • Good understanding of PLC & SCADA/DCS architecture and control systems.
  • Understanding of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and environmental legislation.
  • Capable of manual handling, working in confined spaces, and at heights.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, with on-call availability.
  • Computer literate, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
