As a Pension Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by drafting and sending acknowledgements, notices, and procedural documents. Your responsibilities will also include conducting investigations and reviewing medical records as required. Furthermore, you will provide legal research, attend client meetings, and support hearings, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organisational values.

  • Experience with disease claims and litigation, which is essential for success;">
