  • Create, send official documents, acknowledgements, and notices to clients.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and review medical records as required.
  • Provide legal research, attend client meetings, and support hearings.
  • Maintain compliance with legal standards and organisational values.
Requirements:
  • LPC or ILEX qualification or equivalent Law degree.
  • Experience in disease claims and litigation is essential.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and knowledge of civil procedure rules.
  • Proficiency in using a claims/case management system.
