About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Assistant - Law Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and experience in handling disease claims and litigation.

Job Description
  • _draft and send acknowledgements, notices and procedural documents as required by the company and relevant legal standards.
  • Conduct investigations and review medical records as needed.
  • Provide expert legal research, attend client meetings, and support hearings.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • A Law degree, LPC or ILEX trained.
  • Experience with disease claims and litigation is essential.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
  • Experienced in using a claims/case management system.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
