Executive Kitchen Supervisor

We are recruiting an Executive Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the galley on our client's cruise ships. As an Executive Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, including the preparation and service of all food items, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in culinary arts or hotel administration, or an international equivalent, and at least 3-5 years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience in professional kitchens, preferably in a multi-outlet upscale hotel or large cruise ship. A minimum of 2 years as a sous chef in a 3-5 star hotel, resort, or convention center with multiple food and beverage establishments would be advantageous.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a team of kitchen staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen staff arrive on time, dressed in company specified uniforms, and equipped with necessary safety equipment.
