Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Biggleswade, Bedfordshire area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and support to support staff, ensuring the safety and dignity of residents
- Maintain and develop your skills and knowledge to deliver care in line with the latest guidelines and best practices
- Ensure the ongoing safety of residents, staff, and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes
- Maintain accurate and clear records and communication systems related to clinical and care delivery
- Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
- Take charge of the unit regularly and accept responsibility for its smooth operation in the absence of management
- Contribute to maintaining the security of the building and its environment
- Previous experience in older people's care is desirable but not essential
- Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Quality-driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
- Competitive hourly rate of £20.00 and annual salary up to £45,760
