Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to support staff, ensuring the safety and dignity of residents.
  • Maintain and develop your skills and knowledge to deliver care in line with the latest guidelines and best practices.
  • Ensure the ongoing safety of residents, staff, and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and clear records and communication systems related to clinical and care delivery.
  • Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice.
  • Take charge of the unit regularly and accept responsibility for its smooth operation in the absence of management.
  • Contribute to maintaining the security of the building and its environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in older people's care is desirable but not essential.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Quality-driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.
