About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional to fill a Service Leader (Level 3) position in Coalville, Leicestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading an engaged and motivated team to deliver person-centred outcomes for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health, learning disability, autism, challenging behaviour, or physical disability.
  • Develop and implement effective support plans to ensure the safety and quality of life for individuals with complex needs.
  • Manage and monitor team performance, evaluating and improving processes to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive performance, set direction, and promote a positive culture within services.
  • Ensure services are appropriately resourced to deliver high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • PBS qualification equivalent to Level 4 BTEC and Level 4 Functional Behaviour, or willingness to obtain the qualification.
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals to become part of their local and wider community.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, individuals, and families.
  • Knowledge of CQC and its remit within social care, risk management tools, and deprivation of liberty safeguarding protocols.
