In this role, you will oversee the care of residents in 15 newly established flats, catering to a variety of needs including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviors, and Physical Disabilities. Your experience in health or social care will be invaluable as you bring a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help individuals integrate into their communities.
As a leader, you will manage support for individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors, ensuring their safety and quality of life. Proficiency in basic IT systems is required, but training will be provided to enhance your skills. A professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as Nursing, Social Work, or relevant supervisory qualifications, is essential.
