About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to fill the position of Service Leader Level 3. This role is based in Coalville, Leicestershire, and involves working with individuals who require intensive support planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an engaged and motivated team to deliver person-centred outcomes for individuals with complex needs.
  • Drive performance, set the pace and direction within services, and promote a positive and passionate culture.
  • Ensure services are appropriately and effectively resourced to change lives for the better.
Requirements
  • PBS qualification equivalent to Level 4 BTEC and Level 4 Functional Behaviour, or willingness to undertake a PBS qualification.
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting, with a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.
  • Experience managing teams of colleagues and monitoring, evaluating and improving performance.
  • Thorough knowledge of CQC and its remit within social care, risk management tools and their application, and an understanding of the mental capacity act and deprivation of liberty safeguarding protocols.
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role, with training available to support this area.
  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as a Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
