Key Role in Waste Collection Team

We are seeking skilled HGV Class 2 drivers to fill a vital position in our waste collection team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the daily collections run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Collect general household waste, recycling, and garden waste on designated routes
  • Collaborate with your team of loaders to ensure efficient collections and maintain a high level of service
  • Support the loading team as needed to maintain a high level of service and ensure timely completion of collections
Benefits of the Position
  • Permanent contract with ongoing work and an immediate start
  • Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for increases after 12 weeks of service
  • Enjoy a three-day weekend every week with a typical workday lasting 9-10 hours
Requirements for the Position
  • At least 6 months of work experience as a professional driver
  • Ability to provide professional references
  • Comfortable with refuse driving and occasional loading
