Global Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Africa sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion in this exciting region.
As a Hybrid Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing a safe and inclusive environment where your team members feel supported to perform at their best. You will empower team members through facilitation and coaching, allowing each individual to thrive in their own way.
Key responsibilities include analysing available data, sales metrics, and team performance to maximize each enquiry and increase performance end-to-end. You will work closely with the Head of Region to increase overall conversion, speed to market, and revenue.
Requirements:- Experience in a travel sales or luxury sales environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to targets and monitor performance through CRM
- Analytical mind with experience in working with numbers and sales metrics
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion. A passion for responsible travel and a desire to lead the way in the industry are essential.
