Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operational risk management team, you will be responsible for conducting risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies to strengthen our risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct team-specific risk analysis to identify and prioritize operational risks
- Draft an updated risk matrix with mitigation and management strategies
- Develop a standardized rating system for risk escalation and assessment
- Enhance risk reporting for fund investment committees and the company board
- Develop training programs to enhance risk identification and prioritization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in operational risk management with knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Flexible approach and enthusiasm for learning
