Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Project Engineer to work on the development and operation of large-scale ground mount solar projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for grid scoping, design and yield assessment, asset management, and financial modeling. Your expertise will help us drive the growth of our renewable energy portfolio and contribute to our mission to power the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct grid scoping and deep dive analysis of distribution and transmission infrastructure.
  • Design and assess the yield of large-scale ground mount solar projects using PVSyst and SLDs.
  • Manage our existing fleet of renewable generators, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Lead development projects from conception to completion, including financial modeling and technical due diligence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and implement generation strategies to maximize our renewable energy output.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering from a top university.
  • 2+ years of experience in renewable energy project development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceptional achievement and a relentless approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • London-based or willing to relocate for the role.
