Job Title: Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist

At Field, we're accelerating the build out of renewable energy infrastructure to reach net zero. We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll management: Coordinate the delivery of an efficient payroll service across three countries, ensuring accurate and timely employee information each month.
  • Salary benchmarking: Coordinate the delivery of a continuous cycle of salary benchmarking across all core teams and countries.
  • Benefits benchmarking + management: Monitor the effectiveness of current benefits offerings, ensuring we remain competitive and broadly comparable in each country.
  • Process improvement and project delivery: Assess our payroll management model and make recommendations on when to outsource and on what basis.
Requirements:
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to process large datasets with appropriate data accuracy controls.
  • Previous experience conducting tailored benefits reviews, with the proven ability to conduct ROI assessments and make compelling commercial cases.
  • Broad understanding of salary benchmarking best-practice, and frameworks that support niche / emerging industries.
Benefits:
