Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing renewable energy infrastructure projects and managing assets worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting a team-specific risk analysis to strengthen and future-proof our existing risk management frameworks, with a focus on operational risks.
  • Meet with team leaders to draft an updated team-by-team risk matrix, with a full schedule of identified risks, and their mitigation and management.
  • Help develop a standardized rating system for escalation and assessment of risk at the group level.
  • Consider enhancements to existing risk reporting and develop risk reporting for fund investment committees and the company board.
  • Develop training for the teams, where required, to enhance the identification and prioritization of risks.
  • Review existing risk policies and suggest updates and refinements based on the outcome of the initial risk analysis.
  • Contribute to discussions on the review of risk appetite and risk tolerance.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and sufficient experience working within operational risk areas, with knowledge of risk and control assessment methodology and reporting. You should have strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver within strict deadlines and under pressure. A flexible approach and enthusiasm for learning about the different areas of the business are essential.
