Job Description

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity to join our team as an Activities and Pool Manager at Castlemeadow Care.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to create an engaging activities plan for groups and residents. The role requires strong organizational and planning abilities to deliver meaningful events and programmes that enhance the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Create activity plans tailored to meet the needs and preferences of residents.
  • Motivate residents through a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and creative approach.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Department to ensure seamless delivery of activity provisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive activities planners, incorporating special diary dates and events.
  • Organize events and programmes that cater to diverse interests and abilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
