Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Support young residents with daily routines, outings, and leisure activities
  • Advise and collaborate with teachers and therapists to enhance learning outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing conflicts, encouraging teamwork and collaboration

Pay and Incentives:
The salary package for successful candidates ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 annually, depending on qualifications and prior experience.
