Homecare Support Worker

About the Role:
- You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences.
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with medication management and administer medication as required.
- Support clients with meal preparation and eating.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- No previous experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
- You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- You will need to be physically fit and able to lift and move clients as required.
