**Role Summary**

Zenobē is a leader in clean power solutions, committed to accelerating the shift to zero-carbon power and transport. We're seeking an exceptional L2 Support Lead to join our team, driving rapid incident resolution, and continuous improvement of system reliability.

This role involves managing incident lifecycles, minimizing downtime, and delivering high-quality support to our customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead the daily operation of the L2 support team.
  • Manage incident lifecycles and provide high-quality incident reporting.
  • Drive rapid incident resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Help teams understand work that can improve reliability.

**Requirements**

  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing fully remote teams.
  • Technical expertise in AWS, Linux, Unix, Bash, Logs, CloudWatch.
  • Experience supporting internally developed software.
  • Familiarity with Git, Slack, MS Office.
