Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth within the Midlands and East Anglia regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting existing partners to maximize their success with our products.
This role combines business development, account management, and strategic planning to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for partners.
Achieving and exceeding new business acquisition and retention targets is essential in this role. You will also drive consistent growth in partner engagement and sales performance, establishing Paymentshield as the preferred provider within your territory.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
