Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Winner Education Careers. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager and contributing to the delivery of proactive HR solutions. Your expertise in employee relations, line management, policy implementation, training and development, and HR projects and process improvement will enable you to make a significant impact on our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: You will manage and coordinate all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with ACAS codes and employment law.
  • Line Management: You will oversee and support the HR Advisor and HR Administrator, supervising the HR function's day-to-day activities and providing guidance on policy implementation and employee relations.
  • Policy Implementation: You will regulate wellness data, implement wellness policies, and provide support to staff and line managers with policy compliance at all stages.
  • Training and Development: You will design and deliver training programs in collaboration with the People & Transformation Manager to support talent management and professional growth.
  • HR Projects and Process Improvement: You will lead HR projects, review HR processes, and develop strategies to enhance the workforce's experience and embed organisational values.

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
