The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our Improvement Faculty, you will play a crucial role in building a culture of continuous improvement and developing the capabilities of our staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care, working closely with colleagues across departments to identify areas for improvement. Your experience of leading projects in the NHS environment and working collaboratively across organisational boundaries will be invaluable in this role.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have advanced emotional intelligence skills, the ability to enthuse and engage colleagues in leading change, and a strong understanding of project-based change. Experience of setting up processes to assure a project will meet sustainable objectives and knowledge of key national initiatives in health are also essential.
