Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Director to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in delivering training, leading projects in the NHS environment, and working collaboratively across organisational boundaries.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environment that nurtures wellbeing and has opportunities for development and progression.

In this role, you will be responsible for building a culture of continuous improvement, developing the capabilities of staff, and enhancing the quality of patient care. You will also be a key resource for colleagues across departments, offering guidance and expertise in improvement, change management, transformation, and financial efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have advanced emotional intelligence skills, the ability to enthuse and engage colleagues in leading change, and a strong understanding of project-based change. Experience of setting up processes to assure a project will meet sustainable objectives and knowledge of key national initiatives in health are also essential.

This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be able to travel between hospital sites in a timely manner. Evidence of continuing professional development is also required.
