Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Home Visiting Programs Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of home visiting programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Design and implement evidence-based home visiting programs that meet the needs of vulnerable populations
- Conduct regular program evaluations to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Proven track record of success in designing and delivering effective home visiting programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
