Subsea Engineering Manager

Wood is seeking an experienced Subsea Engineering Manager to lead our offshore and subsea projects within our Technical Consulting Division. This role will be based in our Staines office and involves overseeing and managing all aspects of subsea and pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of subsea and pipeline engineers in the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and consistency of engineering on our projects.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Subsea Engineering).
  • Extensive experience in subsea and/or pipeline engineering with a proven track record of engineering management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of subsea technologies, industry standards, and regulations.
