Subsea Engineering Manager Job Description

Wood is seeking an experienced Subsea Engineering Manager to join our Technical Consulting Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of subsea and pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of subsea and pipeline engineers in the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and consistency of engineering on our projects.
  • Drive the development of subsea technologies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Subsea Engineering).
  • Extensive experience in subsea and/or pipeline engineering with a proven track record of engineering management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of subsea technologies, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
