**Executive Assistant Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Artemis Human Capital in Lisburn. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential business support and contributing to the smooth running of our busy office.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a PA/EA and exceptional organisational skills. You will be competent in MS Suite and possess meticulous attention to detail. A confident communicator with a solution orientated approach is required, along with the ability to handle confidential information.

This is a newly created role that will work closely with the MD and senior management team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ever changing diary management
  • Meeting coordination, booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up, organising remote/online meetings and refreshments
  • Cross pollinating with the marketing and events team in relation to the organisation of global events
  • Creating itineraries
  • Managing national and international travel arrangements for the senior management team, including hotels, flights and transfers
  • Screening phone calls/emails and inbox management
  • Taking minutes in meetings

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£33,000, flexible working arrangements, a warm and welcoming environment, free parking and an accessible location.
