About the Role

As a key member of our global operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our management teams across the UK, EMEA, and US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of people and performance management.
  • Support management teams in strategic thinking, organization design, succession planning, and organizational performance.
  • Guide on promotions, out-of-cycle increases, and all career and talent management activities.
  • Maintain and improve employee engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.
  • Contribute to the overall success and impact of the People function, being a positive and collaborative team member.
  • Execute and support HR activities across the teams, including hiring and talent reviews.
  • Support managers on all aspects of managing well, including employee relations, performance management, absence, and retention.
  • Be a visible and accessible source of advice and guidance for employees across the teams.
  • Use key people analytics and data to inform and shape decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong HR advisory and business partnering experience, ideally gained in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Great generalist experience, able to support across a range of areas in parallel.
  • International HR experience would be an advantage, particularly in France, Germany, the USA, or the UAE.
  • An ability to project leadership presence and professional authority but with humility and humor.
  • A compelling interpersonal style, positive, authentic, and likeable, with great relationship-building skills.
  • An obvious passion for the value that HR can add to the business, and a drive to be part of the success of the operation.
  • Strong commercial drive and judgment.
  • An understanding of how to use people data and analytics to support great decision making.
  • Ambitions for the success and growth of the business as well as professional success.
