Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Executive to join our sales team at beBee Professionals in Margate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategies to drive business growth, and preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong understanding of CRM software, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000 with potential commissions and bonuses up to $25,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, wellness programs, and flexible working hours.
