Job Description

As a Manager within our Tech Transformation Practice, you will play a key role in helping us grow our business and deliver high-quality advice to clients in the Wealth and Asset Management industry. Your expertise in large-scale technology transformation programs, project management, and delivery of projects on time and within scope will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the Wealth and Asset Management value chain, traditional asset classes, and industry trends. Your ability to lead workstreams within complex technology transformation programs and your expertise in project management and delivery of projects on time and within scope will be essential in this role.

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key client work items, including leading projects or workstreams and owning key deliverables. Your experience in business architecture, vendor selections, or implementations will also be beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale technology transformation programs in the Wealth and Asset Management industry
  • Manage and deliver complex client engagements to ensure quality and value to clients
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Project manage engagements to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner
  • Contribute to practice management, including knowledge sharing, training, proposition development, and knowledge management

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering large multi-disciplinary technology-enabled programs within the Wealth and Asset Management sector
  • Good understanding of the full Wealth and Asset Management value chain and traditional asset classes
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, key themes, and challenges
  • Ability to lead workstreams within large-scale technology transformation programs
  • Proven expertise in project management and delivery of projects on time and within scope
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and project management skills
  • A genuine interest and desire to work in the Wealth and Asset Management technology sector
