Asset Management Lead

This leading UK Head Quartered Asset Manager is seeking an experienced Programme Management Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex Global Transformation Programmes and possess prior Asset Management experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain key programme management documentation, working closely with the Programme Manager.
- Create and update programme logs and delivery plans, ensuring seamless coordination between workstream project managers and the Programme Manager.
- Prepare and present key programme decks to governing bodies, showcasing programme progress and achievements.
- Coordinate and consolidate programme management documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Produce programme-specific MI for stakeholders, including customised progress dashboards as requested by the Programme Manager.
- Provide administrative support to workstream project managers, tracking workstream delivery and progress against the programme delivery plan and milestones.
- Support the logistics for change requests, new resource requests, and other programme-related activities.
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with prior Asset Management experience.
- Proven track record of working within a transformation programme.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix management environment.
