Asset Management Lead

This UK-based Asset Manager is seeking an experienced Programme Management Office Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex global transformation programmes, with a strong background in asset management and matrix management environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining programme management documentation, including key logs and delivery plans, under the supervision of the Programme Manager.
- Producing key programme decks for presentation to governing bodies.
- Coordinating and consolidating programme management documentation between workstream project managers and the Programme Manager.
- Providing Programme Management Information for stakeholders, including customised progress dashboards.
- Supporting workstream project managers with administrative tasks, tracking delivery and progress against the programme delivery plan and milestones.
- Supporting the logistics for change requests, new resource requests, and other programme-related tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in asset management and transformation programmes.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
