Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Alexander Fisher Recruitment. This is a permanent role covering a project in the Basingstoke area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between residents, subcontractors, client representatives, and the team.
  • Work closely with Project and site management teams to ensure quality of customer service is maintained to a high level, including resolution of issues raised.
  • Liaise with site teams and Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of the project.
  • Perform basic site administration, including data entry of the in-house 'probe' system for:
    • Delivery receipts - Update deliveries on probe and ensure hard copies are sent/collected for the attention of the Accounts Team.
    • Site stock takes - Update and send information to head office by you once a week following the stock take.
    • Right to Work Checks - Check the right to work for subcontractors, including taking copies of passports or checking settlement status on the government website.
  • Respond to all resident issues, working closely with project and site management teams to ensure resolution of issues raised and recommend changes, in line with company policies.
  • Answer phone calls and make any necessary appointments.
  • Work with client and resident representatives to track all services within the project, issues raised, and their resolution.
