Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that offers a range of benefits, including healthcare and pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between residents, sub-contractors, client representatives, and the team.
  • Work closely with Project and site management teams to ensure quality of customer service is maintained to a high level, including resolution of issues raised.
  • Maintain working relationships with client representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach.
  • Liaise with site team and Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of the project.
  • Basic site administration, including data entry of the in-house 'probe' system for delivery receipts, site stock takes, and update and close out alerts.
  • Draft responses and communications for residents and other parties.
  • Respond to all resident issues, working closely with project and site management teams to ensure resolution of issues raised and recommend changes, in line with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role, preferably in a live tenanted property environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including data entry and use of in-house systems.
