About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Team Lead to join our growing team at the Bamford Collection. As a key member of our luxury wellness club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and embodying the values of our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the line manager in leading and motivating the team, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and motivate the team in the absence of the F&B manager, ensuring smooth operations and a positive team spirit.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to create strategies for improving team performance, morale, and engagement.
  • Lead with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service and attention to detail.
  • Can-do attitude to accommodate members' requests.
  • First-class communication skills with members, the overall Club team, including the Kitchen.
  • Straight shifts, allowing for a great work-life balance.
  • Bamford The Club is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends, is essential.
  • Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day off.
  • Future management progression opportunities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Be an ambassador of our brand.
  • Responsible for drinks stock check and rotation.
  • Drive and organize menu changing tastings, support with Club events and workshops.

Requirements

  • Bar knowledge required.
  • Experience with events preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in a luxury environment.
  • Food and drink knowledge.
