About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Revenue Manager to join our team at Barons Eden - Head Office. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for our hotel and spa destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue forecasts and reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel staff, management, and external partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue through yield management, rate optimization, and other revenue-enhancing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in revenue management at a senior level.
  • Experience managing revenue for room bookings and food & beverage across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
