The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Account Manager within our vibrant marketing division, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with internal stakeholders while collaborating with our in-house creative team and external partners. Your contributions will be essential in executing our marketing strategies across various revenue channels, including leisure, corporate, and membership, ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of marketing communications campaigns and projects, ensuring efficiency and brand consistency throughout.
- Provide proactive leadership to both internal and external teams, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand's identity and objectives, managing budgets and ensuring campaigns adhere to financial guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer base to enhance targeting, boost brand engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of innovative ideas across various business sectors.
Your Qualifications:
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in account management
- Strong project management capabilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, public relations, and communication strategies
Desirable:
- Experience in the spa, hotel, or hospitality sectors is preferred
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week
