Senior Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa Global.

The successful candidate will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care. They will lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering high-quality, personal care to our residents. They will inspire and develop them to be their best every day, working closely with the Nurse to aid with clinical duties.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering high-quality, personal care to residents.
  • Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping.
  • Manage a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers of the teams.
  • Support with training and supervision of new staff members.
  • Build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams.
